In-Home Physical Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time. We are a Medicare Part-B provider, meaning we are similar to an outpatient clinic, but instead of seeing patients in the clinic, we see seniors on Medicare Part-B in the home. We see seniors in settings like indepedent living communities, 55+ mobile home parks, and even local neighborhoods where they're are patients to see. Unlike some hosital and skilled nursing settings, our patients are living comfortably at home (most of the time).

This job is flexible and provides an opportunity to make comparable pay to Home Health and Skilled Nursing pay rates, without onerous documentation demands. We offer a 3% automatic contribution to a 401K after 6 months of employment. We offer healthcare reimbursement, childcare assistance, student loan assistance and subsidization of your everday costs like your cell phone, internet and spotify bill (things you use working for our practice, and thus we can reimburse you a portion of tax-free).

We pay per unit billed, roughly between $16 to $26 per unit. So 4-6 units billed in an hour = ~$75 - $156 per hour. Depending on individual productivity.
