We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Schedule

• Licensed or in the process of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred - **N*_**ew graduates are encouraged to apply.*_
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Must be available to work in Newport News, VA. Monday - Friday some shifts 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM, each week. (No weekends)
• Part time is also available at an hourly rate and does not include full time benefits.

Benefits

• Depending on your level of experience - For full time, annual salary of $95,000 - $105,000 for a Physical Therapist to treat in an Outpatient setting.
