Position Overview

Go Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, skilled in developing personalized treatment plans, and committed to helping patients restore mobility, improve physical function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and functional limitations.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to support recovery and improve mobility.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and clinic policies.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises, treatment expectations, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinic staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
