The Opportunity

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing physical therapy evaluations and screenings
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility
• Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance
• Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting care plans as needed
• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (Required)
