Physical Therapist

Our client is a Phoenix-based orthopedic and musculoskeletal care organization with outpatient physical therapy clinics across the Valley. Their therapists work alongside an affiliated orthopedic physician network, so referrals are steady and no one has to build a caseload.

The clinic model was designed by therapists for therapists. The goal is enough volume to reward productivity, with enough support that the work is sustainable. They're growing and adding PTs at multiple clinics.

About the Role

The openings are full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist roles at clinics in the West Valley and East Valley.

• See about 12–14 patients a day on 30-minute scheduling
• Evaluate patients and build plans of care with referring orthopedic physicians
• Treat a varied outpatient ortho caseload and document in the EMR
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated PTA (1:1 PT-to-PTA model) and PT technicians
• Rely on a tech and a front desk in every clinic: no scheduling, phones or room turnover

What They're Looking For

• Active Arizona PT license, or a new grad on track for licensure
• DPT preferred
• New grads welcome; for 3+ years in practice, outpatient experience
• Orthopedic experience preferred; high-volume outpatient backgrounds ramp quickly
• Team-first, coachable and curious, focused on patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• $38–$45/hr base, depending on experience
