Pay Range: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients? physical abilities and limitations
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments to enhance recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• Experience with pediatrics or geriatrics is beneficial.
