Pay: $90,000 – $105,000 + Performance Bonus

Overview

The Movement Schopp is hiring a Performance Physical Therapist to deliver 1-on-1 care in a cash-based, fitness-forward clinic.

This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven role. You’ll treat 6–8 patients per day, work with active adults and athletes, and have the autonomy to deliver performance-based care.

What You’ll Do

• Treat 6–8 patients/day (1-on-1 care, no double-booking)
• Perform evaluations and design performance-based rehab programs
• Help patients return to pain-free, high-level activity
• Work with active adults and athletes in a fitness-forward setting
• Use AI-assisted documentation to reduce time spent on notes
• Collaborate with a team that values growth and clinical excellence

Who This Is For

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) PT in California
• Strong interest in performance, strength & conditioning, or active populations
• Confident, personable, and growth-oriented

• CrossFit, HYROX, AND functional fitness
• Running & endurance athletes

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $105,000 base salary
