We are looking for a full-time or part-time physical therapist to join our team!

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay With Opportunities to Earn More

Our hybrid compensation model combines a base wage with monthly production bonuses. Base expectations are currently 32 patient visits per week with three billable units per claim, with productivity expectations adjusted proportionally for part-time providers.

We offer four different production bonus opportunities, allowing you to earn additional compensation beyond your base wage. We believe therapists should be rewarded for their contributions without being pushed into unrealistic productivity demands. Our model provides opportunities to increase your earnings while maintaining flexibility in your schedule and approach to patient care.
