Namy Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to support our pediatric rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children and partnering with families to help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical development.

Compensation

• $52-$55 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate pediatric patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy services that help children achieve meaningful developmental and functional milestones. You'll work closely with families and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and developmental needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional movement.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to support coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
• Passion for helping children achieve their highest level of function.
