Role: Physical Therapist

Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based rehabilitative care in acute and outpatient settings.

Evaluate patients' functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
