Position Summary

Pathway Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming outpatient clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, geriatric, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide skilled therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to improve function and prevent injury.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-focused treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates with appropriate clinical experience are welcome to apply.
