Compensation

• $50–$104 per visit (based on visit type and employment status: W2 or Independent Contractor)
• Mileage reimbursement between visits (W2 only)
• Flexible structure: Part-time, Full-time, or 1099

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, in-home outpatient physical therapy
• Work primarily with active adults, with a strong focus on the 50+ population
• Blend rehab with fitness-forward programming to promote long-term wellness
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients
• Practice with autonomy while maintaining strong communication with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Independent, motivated clinician who thrives with autonomy
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for working with older adults and promoting active aging
• Interest in fitness-based rehab and wellness services
• Availability for at least 2 weekdays (Monday–Friday)

Compensation & Bonus Structure (1099 Contractors)

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,400 total
• Paid as $400/month for maintaining 20+ visit hours/week during your first 6 months
• Ongoing Quarterly Bonuses
• 200 visit hours: $500
• 300 visit hours: $1,000
• 400 visit hours: $2,000

• Laptop and work phone with hotspot
• Vitals equipment
• Portable treatment table
• Adjustable kettlebell, balance pad, step, cones, resistance tubing, and more
