What they need

Build Your Physical Therapy Career With One-on-One Care, Weekly Mentorship, and Real Clinical Growth

You became a Physical Therapist to evaluate movement, solve problems, make clinical decisions, and help people get back to the activities that matter most.

At Simply Physio in Knoxville, Tennessee, you will have the time and autonomy to practice Physical Therapy with intention.

You will treat patients one-on-one for 40 to 60 minutes, manage a sustainable caseload of approximately 8 to 9 patients per day, and remain involved in care from evaluation through discharge.

You will also receive weekly PT mentorship, advanced orthopedic development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow into mentorship, leadership, performance-based compensation, and profit sharing.

Whether you are a new graduate building confidence or an experienced Physical Therapist looking for more autonomy and long-term growth, this is an opportunity to build a career around quality patient care and continued clinical development.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive:

  • $72,000 to $92,000+ annual compensation
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Profit sharing opportunities
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid holidays
  • Continuing education allowance
  • Weekly professional development and mentorship
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Leadership development opportunities
  • Free uniforms
  • Team events
  • AI-assisted documentation technology
  • One-on-one patient care
  • 40 to 60-minute treatment sessions
  • Approximately 8 to 9 patients per day

Practice Physical Therapy With Time to Think

This is not a high-volume Physical Therapy environment built around moving patients through a schedule.

You will have the time to:

  • Perform thorough Physical Therapy evaluations
  • Identify movement limitations and contributing factors
  • Build individualized plans of care
  • Educate patients on movement, recovery, and long-term health
  • Reassess progress and adjust treatment based on patient response
  • Develop meaningful relationships with your patients
  • Use your own clinical judgment and reasoning
  • Stay involved from evaluation through discharge

Your goal is not simply to complete the appointment.

Your goal is to understand what is limiting the patient and provide the Physical Therapy needed to improve their strength, mobility, confidence, function, and ability to return to the activities they care about.

One-on-One Physical Therapy

You will treat patients one-on-one for 40 to 60 minutes.

That gives you time to evaluate, treat, educate, progress exercises, reassess movement, and make thoughtful clinical decisions throughout the visit.

You will typically treat approximately 8 to 9 patients per day, giving you the ability to focus on outcomes rather than simply increasing patient volume.

Simply Physio also uses a 100% Physical Therapist-led care model, allowing you to stay closely involved throughout the patient's plan of care.

Weekly Physical Therapy Mentorship

Your development as a Physical Therapist should continue long after graduation.

At Simply Physio, mentorship and professional development are intentionally built into the role.

You will have access to:

  • Weekly PT mentorship
  • OCS-Certified Physical Therapists
  • Residency-Trained Physical Therapists
  • Orthopedic evaluation and treatment development
  • Advanced clinical reasoning
  • Hands-on skill development
  • Collaborative case discussions
  • Patient communication coaching
  • Support strengthening evaluation and treatment skills
  • Continuing education opportunities
  • Structured professional development

New graduate Physical Therapists can build confidence with support from experienced clinicians.

Experienced Physical Therapists can continue sharpening their orthopedic skills while gaining greater autonomy and opportunities to mentor other clinicians.

Build Stronger Orthopedic PT Skills

You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills across outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, including:

  • Movement assessment
  • Orthopedic evaluation
  • Exercise progression
  • Manual therapy
  • Strength and mobility development
  • Return-to-activity planning
  • Patient education
  • Long-term movement strategies
  • Clinical decision-making
  • Outcome-focused care

Simply Physio is designed for Physical Therapists who want to keep learning, improve their clinical reasoning, and become stronger clinicians over time.

Clinical Autonomy

You were trained to think critically as a Physical Therapist.

You will be trusted to use that training.

You will have the autonomy to:

  • Build individualized treatment plans
  • Progress care based on patient response
  • Adjust treatment when clinically appropriate
  • Educate patients on the reasoning behind their care
  • Use your professional judgment
  • Focus on meaningful patient outcomes

You will have support when you need it without losing your ability to practice independently.

Spend Less Time Charting After Work

Documentation should support your patient care, not take over your evenings.

Simply Physio uses AI-assisted documentation technology and streamlined clinical systems designed to make documentation more efficient.

This helps create:

  • More efficient documentation
  • Reduced after-hours charting
  • Better clinical workflow
  • More time for patient care
  • More time for clinical decision-making
  • A more sustainable long-term PT career

Grow Beyond Your Current Physical Therapist Role

Your career does not have to stop at treating a full patient schedule.

As Simply Physio continues to grow, Physical Therapists may have opportunities to expand into:

  • Advanced clinical development
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Team leadership
  • Clinic growth initiatives
  • Professional education
  • Performance-based compensation
  • Profit sharing opportunities
  • Future leadership responsibilities

You can continue treating patients while building toward the next stage of your Physical Therapy career.
