Category: Outpatient / Rehabilitation Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a per diem or part-time basis. This unique role offers outstanding flexibility, split across our two modern clinic locations in Davie and Tamarac. • Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and re-assessments to develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver Interventions: Administer high-quality physical therapy interventions focusing on manual therapy, functional mobility, strength, and balance restoration.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and family members on customized home exercise programs, safety strategies, and injury prevention.
• Coordinate Care: Collaborate directly with our multidisciplinary clinical team PTA's and external physicians to optimize patient clinical outcomes.
• Document Efficiently: Complete clinical documentation in a timely, compliant manner using our electronic medical records (EMR) software system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and clear license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida (Required).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy).
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience: Outpatient orthopedic or immediate/acute care experience is preferred, but motivated clinicians of all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Compliance: Basic working knowledge of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) compliance and billing practices.
• Travel: Reliable transportation to commute between the and clinic locations based on scheduling needs.
