Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

Terrific Therapy & Care is growing its therapy team in the Metro East Illinois area and is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN opportunity.

This opportunity is suited for a dependable, patient-focused PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life while collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to support mobility, strength, balance, and functional goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the therapy team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
• Perform other clinical duties within the scope of the PT role.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist licensure or appropriate licensure status.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered approach and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• PRN availability and flexibility based on patient needs and caseload.

Location: Metro East Illinois / Granite City area

Schedule: PRN / Per Diem
Hours may vary based on patient needs and caseload.
