About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
