PT Home Health Independent Contractor or PRN

PRN or Independent Contract PT Physical Therapist needed to make PT home visits for clients in Aurora, and the east Denver metro areas. Flexible schedule. Earn extra income. Join a strong collaborative team with excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities are to make home visits, assess clients in their home for therapy or rehab needs, & develop a plan to complete with the client and their physician. This opportunity will give you flexibility to schedule your day around your own events and life style.

Requirements:

Experience in home health preferred but we will accept a Therapist with experience including new grads! Therapists with experience in med/surg, ER/ED, rehab, SNF, Home Health, Visiting nurse, correctional facility, medical center, ICU, MICU, SICU, DOU, CCU, Float and pool therapists welcome!

Certifications:

• Current Colorado Driver’s License

• Must have a current PT license in the state of Colorado.

Documentation can quickly be done in the home during the visit using an iPad. $75.00 - $110.00 per visit for PRN or contract. Full-time or part-time employee positions also available at a employee rate also available if you prefer to be an employee. Select the area you wish to work in.
