Compensation:

• Salary: $125k per year based on experience

• Physical Therapist ( PT )

Location:

• Woodland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and also floating between Cullman Rehabilitation and Folsom Rehabilitation in Cullman, Alabama

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Alabama
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
