Physical Therapist Supervisor (OIC)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (BSPT) graduate.
• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license.
• With relevant clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting; supervisory or leadership experience is a must.
• Knowledgeable in physical therapy assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Experienced in handling patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and post-operative conditions.
• Able to supervise, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities and performance of the Physical Therapy team.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in proper patient documentation, medical records, and hospital policies and procedures.
• Familiar with infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality improvement standards.
• Able to coordinate effectively with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and other hospital departments.
• Capable of managing patient concerns and addressing operational issues within the department.
• Professional, compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality patient-centered care.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospital.
