We are currently hiring Physical Therapy Aides for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and positive individuals who enjoy working with people and want to learn more about the rehabilitation environment.

This opportunity is especially well suited for college students, PT school applicants, Exercise Science or Kinesiology students and graduates, athletes, personal trainers, and individuals interested in rehabilitation or healthcare careers.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable in the clinic
• Supporting Physical Therapists during the daily flow of patient care
• Assisting patients with therapist-directed exercises under appropriate supervision
• Preparing treatment areas and exercise equipment before patient sessions
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and treatment areas
• Monitoring patient activities and communicating concerns or observations to the treating therapist
• Helping patients move efficiently between treatment stations
• Assisting the clinical and front-office team with general clinic tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Energetic and willing to learn
• Able to communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Interested in physical therapy, fitness, rehabilitation, exercise science, or healthcare

Previous Physical Therapy Aide experience is welcome but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Candidates with backgrounds or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Fitness, or related areas are encouraged to apply.

Experience as an athlete, personal trainer, fitness instructor, coach, or rehabilitation aide can also be beneficial.
