Physical Therapy Aide

Attain Physical Therapy provides a refreshing new approach to the delivery of rehabilitation services. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide who exudes great energy, makes welcoming people a top priority and is looking to grow with the company’s long-term vision. The position is located within a fitness facility where the patient population is active adults looking to improve their overall functional abilities as well as high school, collegiate and professional athletes looking to return to sport and gain a competitive edge. The main responsibilities of the physical therapy aide are as follows:

• Working directly with Physical Therapist and complete instructions provided by physical therapist as advised

• Assist in providing a pleasant and professional environment for patients

• Assist physical therapist in the setup and breakdown of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of Physical Therapists

• Maintain professional attire and neat appearance at all times

• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping

• Maintain responsibility for general maintenance and upkeep of clinic including, but not limited to, collecting used laundry items and replacing with clean laundry, maintaining professional appearance of equipment, and cleaning treatment tables regularly

• Perform other diverse duties as requested or required

• Adheres to Attain Physical Therapy’s policies and procedures.

*Candidates with exercise science or personal training backgrounds preferred
