Physical Therapy Aide

About The Role As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in both patient care and clinic operations. You’ll work closely with the doctor and other team members to ensure patients receive effective, compassionate care while supporting the day-to-day needs of the clinic.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising physician in providing physical therapy services to patients.
• Guide and educate patients through prescribed exercise programs, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Offer encouragement and support to help patients complete exercises confidently and safely.
• Operate therapy equipment such as electrical stimulation machines, ultrasound, and vasopneumatic compression devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing therapy equipment daily.
• Perform light cleaning duties including restocking supplies, laundering towels weekly, and keeping frequently used areas like the kitchen and bathrooms tidy.
• Track and manage inventory on a monthly basis.
• Make occasional patient calls for scheduling and follow-up.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to help manage clinic flow and ensure patients are seen on time.

Pay: $17.05-$18 per hour
