Physical Therapy aid/front desk

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy aid w/ front desk and office work skills. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of physical therapy aid responsibilities and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients, helping patients with exercises, applying modalities, scheduling following visits, etc.
• Able to communicate with MD offices and insurance companies for benefit verification, getting Authorization, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Basic cleaning and organizing along with sanitizing rooms, beds, equipments, etc.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Etc.
• Skills
• Spanish speaking
• Strong patient service skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
• Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to anatomy, physiology, and occupational health practices.
• Computer skills including scan, fax, etc.
• Professionalism and following HIPPA rules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
