Responsibilities:
- collaborate daily with the Physical Therapist Director and treat patients as per their care plan
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals
- Treatment that will help the patients to improve their physical function and cognition to live functionable lives
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree required
- SNF experience preferred but willing to train new grads
- Active NYS License and registration
