Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Mobile Outpatient Setting | Oakland County, MI

$35/hour + mileage + growth

We’re a growing mobile outpatient therapy practice serving adults and geriatrics in their homes across Oakland County. We’re looking for a motivated PTA who values 1:1 patient care, schedule flexibility, and autonomy—without the burnout of a high-volume clinic.

Compensation & Schedule

• $35/hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Start at ~10 hours/week → grow to 15–20+ hours within 60–90 days
• Option to group visits into 2–3 full days (great for a second job)
• Schedule patients however works for YOU!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide skilled PTA services in patients’ homes
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care
• Document visits (streamlined system, we keep it simple)
• Communicate with supervising PT and team

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PTA in Michigan
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Comfortable working independently (with support available anytime)
