Therapy At Home is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Milwaukee County. This role focuses on providing one-on-one, patient-centered care to aging adults in their homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities.

Pay & Benefits

• $55,000 - $70,000/year (based on experience)

PTA Job Responsibilities

• Implement personalized therapy plans under the direction of a PT.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional ADL retraining.
• Educate patients/families on home exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment.
• Document treatments using EMR systems (tablet provided).
• Collaborate with PTs to track progress and adjust care plans.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current WI PTA License (or eligible).
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (travel required).
• Comfort with technology (tablet/EHR documentation).
• Strong communication skills – Ability to connect with geriatric patients.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Schedule

• Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
• No weekends/evenings (flexible daytime scheduling).
