Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team in New Jersey. The PTA will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.This is a great opportunity for clinicians who enjoy flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments in patients’ homes according to the established plan of care.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner .
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques
• Maintain compliance with state and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Home care experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused.
