What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play an important role in helping our residents regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their highest possible level of functioning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, safety, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory and professional standards.
• Promote a compassionate, encouraging, and resident-centered rehabilitation environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
