We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
• Support patients recovering from brain injuries, strokes, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Bring enthusiasm, compassion, and a team-first attitude to work each day!

What We're Looking For

• Current Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their goals
• Someone who enjoys learning, growing, and being part of a supportive team

The Details

Locations: Dover & Lewes, Delaware (rotating schedule)

Compensation: $28–$40 per hour, dependent on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for travel between locations

Education: Graduate of an accredited PTA program with current Delaware licensure
