**Key responsibilities include:**

– Performing procedures within legal and trained scope, reporting patient responses, and coordinating with healthcare team.

– Instructing patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training.

– Observing, recording, and reporting patient progress and condition changes.

– Adapting to diverse home environments and patient needs.

**Qualifications:**

– Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.

– Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.

– Availability for weekend work.

**Preferred:**

– CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

– Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility.

**Compensation:**

– Total annual pay ranges from $55,329 to $82,993, including per visit and hourly pay, based on productivity and experience.
