Physical Therapy Assistant - Part Time

Job Summary Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, implements specific treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following accepted physical therapy practices and principles.

Qualifications Education

• Required: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.

Experience

• Required: None.
• Preferred: One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Certification/Licensure

• Required: Current licensure as a PTA with the Texas ECPTOTE, remaining active and in good standing; BLS certification obtained within ninety days of hire, remaining active and in good standing.
