As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll work one-on-one with patients to help them improve mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life—all while enjoying the flexibility of PRN work.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the plan developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Teach patients and families exercises, home safety techniques, and ways to support progress at home.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with the PT and other members of the care team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings as needed.
• Provide compassionate, professional care in the patient's home.

What You'll Need

• Current, active PTA license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• 1+ year of PTA experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a Pay Per Visit (PPV) position. Compensation is $50 per completed visit. Actual visit volume will vary based on patient needs and agency availability.
