Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Coral Reef Home Health Solutions is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality home health services to private-duty patients in Broward County, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the supervising PT.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising Physical Therapist and clinical team.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Comply with all agency policies, procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional liability insurance (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
