Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions to identify mobility limitations and functional impairments
• Design and implement customized treatment programs utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and improve movement
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to restore strength, flexibility, and coordination
• Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and home exercise routines
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive care

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in clinical settings with diverse patient populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and motivation in supporting patient recovery journeys
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
