Infinity Health Physical Therapy and Wellness is a leading provider of physical therapy and wellness services in the bitterroot valley. We are recognized for our superior service to our clients and our high level of experience, providing individualized and effective treatments to improve patients' movements and reduce their pain.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, check in/out of clients, and obtain information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer as necessary.
• Respond to emails and faxes promptly.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Collect all fees for service and input insurance information.
• Maintain inventory by entering daily orders for supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain office cleanliness and security by keeping shelves neat, organization of materials/equipment/tools etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
·High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
·Previous experience in office or customer service preferred
·Previous experience with transcription preferred.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
·Must be proficient in the use of a computer with basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet functions, email creation/management, email threading management etc.
·Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Must be able to accurately input patient information for new referals.
·Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
