Busy outpatient physical/occupational therapy clinic looking for a reliable, hard-working front desk/patient care coordinator. Duites include but, not limited to: checking patients in and out of the office, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and deductibles, assisting with billing and insurance verifications and authorizations, and maintaining accurate medical records. Also assist in the maintenance of medical charts and/or electronic medical records, filing, Op Reports, test results, faxes, emails, social media help, etc. Must be able to work independently and knowledge of EMR especially Web PT and Tebra is a plus. We have a wonderful team in place of dedicated workers who desire to give excellent care as well as excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
