Is owning a Physical Therapy facility a dream of yours?

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our private practice as a partner in the proceeds and profits and acquire ownership of the facility in the future with little to no risk nor financial obligation.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patient needs across orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and other specialties.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, physiotherapy exercises, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice (NYS license preferred).
• Proven experience practicing in outpatient clinics
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatric populations, and individuals requiring neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation
• Provider numbers a plus such as Medicare/medicaid

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
