Front Desk Receptionist — Part-Time

Pay: $15–$17/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll manage scheduling, greet patients, and keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and schedule/reschedule appointments
• Verify patient demographics and update records in EMR
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front office
• Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• Reliable and detail-oriented

Schedule
Part-time, 16-20 — hours a week

Monday 7am-1pm. Wednesday 7am-1pm, Friday 7am-1pm
