Physical Therapy Technician Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapy Technician Aide to join our healthcare team. Tech needed Mondays 1-7pm; Tuesdays 7-1 Wednesdays 1pm-7pm; Thursdays 7am-1pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment area and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, laundry, organization, and readiness for therapy sessions.
• Support patients during therapy activities by providing encouragement, positioning assistance, and basic manual handling as directed.
• Monitor patient safety during therapy sessions, observing for signs of discomfort or adverse reactions while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Hot packs, cold packs, estim, ultrasound

Requirements

• Prior experience in patient service roles or practicing in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality while managing sensitive health information.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
