Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate PA-C or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you will serve as a vital healthcare provider, performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed patient histories to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens in accordance with state laws and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
• Perform clinical procedures within your scope if you are comfortable.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions such as Diabetes, COPD, CHF, Asthma and Hypertension, CKD just to name a fet.
• We use eClinical Works for documentation, order entry, and medical records management. Experience with this would be a plus
• Collaborate with other staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans as needed.
• Engage in patient education and health coaching to promote wellness, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications tailored to individual needs.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a PA-C/Nurse Practitioner in diverse clinical settings such as primary care, inpatient facilities, urgent care, long-term care.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Experience managing general medical conditions, and some complex conditions
• Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively while collaborating with other medical specialties.
• Starting salary commensurate with experience
• RVU will be available after a temporary period and will be discussed

This position does support ongoing professional growth through CME training allowance. We welcome applicants who enjoy all aspects outpatient medical mgt. We have in house lab, ekg and x-ray machine.

Pay: $94,990.00 - $150,000.00 per year
