Responsibilities:

• Treatment of patients with acute medical needs.
• Treatment of patients with chronic medical needs.
• Diagnosis and treatment of minor wounds and injuries.
• Diagnosis and treatment of non-life-threatening diseases.
• Maintain appropriate medical records and keep patients informed of their progress.
• Communicate with other members of a health care team about patient care.
• Work as part of a healthcare team for the best possible outcome for all patients.
• Use a variety of tools to diagnose and treat patients.

• 10 hour shift
• 9 hour shift
• Equitable division of weekend shifts

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• PA-C (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Medford, OR: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Pay: $145,600.00 - $187,200.00 per year
