Job Overview: GYNECOLOGY PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT / NURSE PRACTITIONER

Are you confident managing outpatient gynecology independently?

We are looking for a PA or NP who is comfortable evaluating and managing a broad range of gynecologic conditions, including:

• Menopause and perimenopause
• PCOS
• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Fibroids
• Ovarian cysts
• Abnormal Pap smears
• Osteoporosis
• Vaginitis and sexually transmitted infections
• Contraception
• IUD insertion and removal
• Endometrial biopsy
• And other common outpatient gynecologic conditions

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy outpatient gynecology practice. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, with physician support and mentorship readily available when needed. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient-centered care.

Duties

• Perform annual well-woman examinations, including pelvic and breast exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, and menstrual disorders
• Evaluate and manage perimenopause and menopause symptoms
• Provide contraceptive counseling and management
• Perform IUD insertions and removals
• Perform endometrial biopsies
• Evaluate and manage abnormal Pap smear results
• Evaluate and manage vaginal infections and sexually transmitted infections
• Provide initial evaluation and counseling for infertility concerns
• Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging studies, and other diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• Current national certification (PA-C, WHNP-BC, or FNP-BC)
• Recent (2026) Experience in outpatient gynecology
• New graduates with strong women’s health clinical training are welcome to apply

Schedule

• Full-time, five days per week
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Combination of in-office and telehealth patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience and credentials.

New graduates begin at $120,000 during an initial onboarding and training period of up to eight weeks, with compensation increasing to at least $130,000 upon successful completion of training.
