Salary Range: $102,189.75 - $126,671.47annually

Plus: HOOPP (Pension Plan), Benefits, Vacation, Personal Leave Days, and $1,000 annual training funding

Education and Registration

• Graduation from a recognized Physician Assistant education program.
• Current registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) in the Physician Assistant class.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional relevant clinical certifications are considered assets.

Experience and Competencies

• Experience in primary care, community health or another relevant clinical environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide care to individuals with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
• Understanding of the social determinants of health, health equity and trauma informed care.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within an established physician-supervision arrangement and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.

Pay: $102,189.75-$126,671.47 per year
