Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physician Assistant role based in Greenwich, CT. The Physician Assistant will perform comprehensive patient assessments, take medical histories, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing laser and other aesthetic procedures within scope of practice, educating patients on treatment options and aftercare, and monitoring treatment progress. The role also involves documenting visits in the medical record, ordering and interpreting appropriate tests as needed, and adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards. The Physician Assistant will work closely with clinical and front-office staff to support efficient scheduling, patient flow, and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license (or eligibility) in the state of Connecticut and graduation from an accredited PA program.
• Solid clinical skills in patient assessment, medical history review, and development of treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Experience or strong interest in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or laser-based procedures; willingness to receive training on clinic-specific technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, explain procedures and risks, and provide thorough pre- and post-treatment education.
• Strong attention to detail in clinical documentation, adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and relevant state and federal regulations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification preferred; prior experience in outpatient or specialty clinic settings is an asset.
