Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist physicians in clinical procedures, and support the overall functioning of the medical practice. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Duties

• Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and document clinical findings.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Diagnose common illnesses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as authorized by state regulations and supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and preventive care.
• Coordinate follow-up care and communicate with patients regarding their health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support clinic operations by managing appointment schedules and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish (Spanish speaker preferred) to ensure understanding and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $58,900.00 - $71,000.00 per year
