We are seeking dedicated and competent Physician Assistants to join our clinical team. The selected candidate will assist consultants in patient management, clinical documentation, and coordination of treatment plans while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist consultants in the day-to-day clinical management of patients under supervision.

Assist consultants during inpatient rounds.

Follow up on doctors' orders and ensure timely implementation by the concerned departments.

Follow up investigation reports and bring abnormal/critical findings to the consultant's attention promptly.

Assist in preparing and maintaining patient case sheets, progress notes, and clinical records.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical information in HIS/EMR and patient files.

Coordinate specialist opinions and consultations as advised by the treating physician.

Assist in admission, transfer, referral, and discharge-related clinical coordination.

Support preparation and completion of discharge summaries and related clinical documentation.

Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Billing, Medical Records, and other departments for smooth patient care.

Assist in maintaining clinical registers, checklists, consent forms, and other required records.

Qualification:

B.sc., Physician Assistant

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary : up to 15000 to 25000
