Physician Assistant

Role Overview: Provides patient care in collaboration with physicians, demonstrating autonomy in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, prescribes medications, and performs procedures within the scope of practice. Communicates effectively with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, ethical, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records, order tests, interpret results, and prescribe therapies based on evidence-based practice.
• Adjust medications and manage therapies as needed.
• Report significant findings or risks to the collaborating physician.
• Perform procedures within licensed scope.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare team via various means, offering health education and advocacy.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and deadlines to meet clinical goals.

Qualifications & Skills: Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant is required. Candidate must demonstrate clinical proficiency, effective communication, and adherence to safety and ethical standards.
