Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (Mid-Level Provider)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for our outpatient clinic in Olean, NY. This full-time or part-time in-person role involves

• performing patient exams and medical histories

• diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions

• administering medications and procedures

• documenting care using Medent EMR

• educating patients on health topics and wellness

• providing health coaching to improve outcomes

. Candidates must have an active NY PA or NP license, strong clinical skills, and familiarity with outpatient care.
