Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Urgent Care of New Port Richey is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages
• Perform thorough physical exams and develop effective treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining strong patient satisfaction
• Perform common urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, joint injections, incision & drainage, and wound care
• Coordinate care by facilitating referrals and ensuring smooth transitions to specialists or higher levels of care when needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in the EMR

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (active and in good standing)
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine preferred
• Proficiency in minor procedures and point-of-care decision making
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume setting
