Physician Associate Program Operations Associate

This role provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Physician Associate program, working closely with leadership and the Program Operations Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include supporting program activities across didactic and clinical phases , maintaining databases and systems (e.g., learning management, student info), and ensuring accurate documentation for accreditation standards such as ARC-PA and FERPA compliance.

The associate assists with data management, accreditation preparation, and triages inquiries from students, faculty, and staff.

Additional duties involve coordinating events, managing purchases, and maintaining office organization.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred) , 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems , and strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills .

The role requires physical attendance and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
